A battlewagon, battle-wagon or battle wagon designated a capital ship or other large warship.
Kruk battle-wagons dated to the time of the Clone Wars and were still being used decades later in the Blockade of Sif'kric.[3] In the era of the Galactic Civil War, the term battlewagon could be used for very old, hulking ships such as the millennia-old warships of Xim the Despot[4] and the Cal Ambre,[5] as well as the decommissioned warship Wennis.[6] Battlewagons could also include large Imperial starships,[1] including Victory-[7] and Imperial-class Star Destroyers.[2] Bevel Lemelisk used the term to denote the Empire's World Devastators.[8] The Black Hole-class Salvage Dreadnought was also known as an Ugor Battle-Wagon.[9]
