Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A battle took place on the New Republic fortress world of Cyrillia during the Galactic Empire's Operation Shadow Hand, an attempt by reborn Galactic Emperor Palpatine to reclaim lost Imperial territory. The battle took place following the surrender of the planet Gyndine to Imperial forces and the Battle of Balmorra.[1]

Behind the scenes

The battle of Cyrillia was first shown marked on a map in The Essential Atlas, a 2009 reference book written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry. The battle was not mentioned in the text of the book.[1]
