Barst Roite was a Human who served as a major for the Thyferran Home Defense Corps. Roite handled the day-to-day operations of the Defense Corps, despite Aerin Dlarit, a high ranking member of the Xucphra Corporation, being assigned as the general of the Corps.^[1]
