Barba[2] was a Blarina podracer who shared a rivalry with Aleena racer[1] Dim.[2] In 29 BBY,[3] she took part in the Pyke Syndicate's Varl Tournament on the Moons of Varl, during which she killed Dim. Barba was one of only four contestants to survive the event, escaping with help from the Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker.[1]
