The Bamasia system was a star system located within the Slice portion of the Inner Rim.[2] The system was the origin point of the group known as Bamasians.[3][4]
Behind the scenes
The Bamasia system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed the system in grid square N-9.[2]

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for Bamasians in relation to the Bamasia system.
