Bal-Cobor Sampurn was a human politician who served the Sern sector as a senator in the Galactic Senate during the High Republic Era. Sampurn favored the supervision of Jedi Order activity by the Senate.[2]
Sampurn was known to wear Ghorman twill hoods and robes woven on an antique Beldoni loom, believed to be fifteen thousand years old.[2]
