A bacta injector was a device that injected bacta into an individual. A bacta injector could have a burst injector installed to increase the speed and effectiveness of bacta it injected.[1]
In 3 ABY,[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess traded nine units of durasteel and three 4XB Calculation Units with the Jawa merchant Pinota Pakinota in exchange for a burst injector which she used to improve the bacta injector she used.[1]

Bacta injectors were mentioned item in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The player must obtain a burst injector, fifteen units of transparisteel and six helicyclic gears to unlock the "Enhanced Bacta Injector" expert ability which results in the player recovering more health instantly when using bacta.[1]
