Baba-stone was a type of tan-colored stone that could be used for sculpting. One such sculpture depicted a mischievous merqaal wrapped into a round ball. The sculpture had black eyes and was hung from a red string.[1]

Baba-stone appeared in the form of the cosmetic "Merqaal Carving Trinket" item, which was part of the Cartel Ronin Bundle of items added to the video game Star Wars Outlaws as downloadable content[1] on November 21, 2024.[2] If purchased, the trinket trophy can be hung from the side of the player character Kay Vess's S57 Cardinal speeder bike or within the cockpit of her EML-850 light freighter Trailblazer.[1]
