Although this article's title is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, its actual spelling is pure conjecture.

BL-R4 was an astromech droid affiliated with the Galactic Society of Creature Enthusiasts. A friend of fellow GSCR member Quinn, he had male programming and a shy personality. While on a flight to Batuu[1] sometime after 34 ABY,[2] BL-R4 was encharged with feeding some of the more dangerous creatures kept in the starship. During said flight, BL fed meat to a wampa, and while trying to feed a rathtar, it was attacked and sent flying out of the enclosure, while the rathtar was inadvertently set loose.[1]
