BBQ Pork Shanks was a real-world entrée available for a limited time at Disneyland's location of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The dish was only set to be available for the weekend of May 31 to June 2, 2024, commemorating the fifth anniversary of the land. It was available for purchase at Docking Bay 7.[2] The menu description of the dish read, "Tangy BBQ Pork Shanks, Leek and Brussels Sprouts Salad, Blueberry Corn Muffin."[3]
