BABYgnon,[1] alternatively known as Babygnon,[3] was a gas giant–type planet that had eight moons and occupied the fifth orbital position around its sun, Domir, in the Dathomir system,[1] a part of the Quelii sector[2] in the New Territories portion of the Outer Rim Territories.[1]
Behind the scenes
BABYgnon was first mentioned as "Babygnon" in the Star Wars Roleplaying Game sourcebook Geonosis and the Outer Rim Worlds, which was published by Wizards of the Coast in 2004.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, placed the Dathomir system, and therefore BABYgnon, in grid square O-6. The book also introduced the alternate spelling "BABYgnon" for the planet's name.[1]
