Between around 170 BBY and around 160 BBY,[1] during the High Republic Era, Avon's funeral took place on the Wild Space planet Ingae. The funeral was held for the human female scientist Avon Sunvale, who had passed away, and was attended by the Mirialan Jedi Master Vernestra Rwoh and the Shani Deva Lompop who were both close friends of Sunvale. After the funeral, Lompop told Rwoh to forget about her and the two parted ways.[2]
Around 160 BBY,[1] the Mirialan sought out the Shani as she was in need of her help finding the scientist Florinda Jackard. After Rwoh arrived at Deva's asteroid, Lompop's alarm systems were set off and the Shani threatened to kill whoever had come to her home, unaware that it was the Mirialan. Once Rwoh told Lompop it was her, the Shani reminded the Mirialan what she had told her after the funeral, to which Rwoh stated she remembered, but informed Lompop she needed her help.[2]
