Avalu Porviran was a human senator of the Galactic Republic[1] in 132 BBY.[2]
Senator Porvivan was a senator from the Bormea sector who approached the debates with an open mind.[3]
In 132 BBY, Proviran served on a tribunal convened at the request of Worus Rayencourt to determine whether the Senate should exercise oversight of the Jedi Order. Rayencourt convinced Supreme Chancellor Veeth Drellik to convene a tribunal, though Vernestra Rwoh ultimately convinced the tribunal that Master Sol was solely responsible for the murders. This allowed Vernestra to conceal much from the Senate and pin the blame on Sol. Since he was deceased, no one could verify this with him.[1]
