Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A large naval battle group of the Galactic Empire, containing the Assertor-class Star Dreadnought Assertor, was active sometime after the Battle of Yavin. The fleet was deployed along the border between the Mid Rim Territories and Outer Rim Territories to assist in operations against the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. The battle group was presumed to have comprised of dozens of other starships, including smaller dreadnoughts, Imperial I-class and Imperial II-class Star Destroyers, various cruiser-sized vessels, and numerous support ships.[1]

Behind the scenes

The battle group was mentioned in the Star Wars Roleplaying sourcebook Lead by Example, which was published by Fantasy Flight Games in 2016 for the Star Wars: Age of Rebellion roleplaying game system.[1]
