The "Armorer's planet"[3] was an unknown planet[4] that hosted a Mandalorian covert[2] around 9 ABY,[5] when the Mandalorian Din Djarin saved the Children of the Watch covert using his N-1 starfighter while Paz Vizsla's son, Ragnar[1] took the Mandalorian Creed.[2] Djarin and fellow Mandalorian Bo-Katan Kryze traveled to the planet after Kryze's castle on Kalevala was destroyed by an Imperial remnant after they left Mandalore.[6] When Ragnar was taken by a shriek-hawk on the planet, he was rescued by Djarin, Kryze, Vizsla, and the Shriek-hawk Training team.[1]
Behind the scenes
The planet was inspired by the real world location Lake Powell.[7]

- ↑ Star Wars: Timelines dates the events of "Chapter 1: The Mandalorian" of The Mandalorian Season One to 9 ABY. In addition,
"A Certain Point of View" — Star Wars Insider 228 also dates "Part Seven: Dreams and Madness" to nine years after the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, which corresponds to 9 ABY per Timelines. "Part Seven: Dreams and Madness" takes place after the conflict on Mandalore, which is the main event depicted in "Chapter 23: The Spies" and "Chapter 24: The Return," the final two episodes of The Mandalorian Season Three. Therefore, Seasons One through Three of Star Wars: The Mandalorian must all be set in 9 ABY as well.
