Aries was a A-wing pilot in Riot Squadron, a squadron that served both the Rebel Alliance and the New Republic. At some point during Aries' service to Riot Squadron, the pilot was killed. Several weeks after the Battle of Endor[2] in 4 ABY,[3] during the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing's attack on the frigate Hellion's Dare, Riot Squadron pilot Wyl Lark thought of the names of deceased squadron personnel, including Aries.[2]
