Ardle was a male Human who served as a captain and TIE fighter pilot for the Thyferran Home Defense Corps. Ardle and his squadron fought against former members of the New Republic starfighter unit Rogue Squadron at the Graveyard.[1]

After their capital ship the Corrupter, a Victory-class Star Destroyer, was destroyed, Ardle and the remaining TIE's surrendered to Wedge Antilles, the leader of the former Rogues.[1]
