Apple slug stew was a stew dish consisting of ripe apple slugs, Ojomian onions, space-carrots, and negamo. These ingredients were cooked together on either a mining sluice or a nanowave stove. The Besalisk cook Dexter Jettster made apple slug stew while working in the mines of Subterrel and later offered the stew on the menu of his his diner on the planet Coruscant. The stew sold for 1.7 credits per cup and 2.7 credits per bowl.[1]
