The Antilles Maneuver
The Antilles Maneuver was a starfighter tactic named after Rebel pilot Wedge Antilles' maneuver used to save Luke Skywalker from a TIE fighter during the Battle of Yavin. The maneuver involved flying directly at an enemy starfighter an ally couldn't shake and flying through the resulting explosion once the starfighter was destroyed.[1]
