Andrew Secombe (born April 26, 1953)[1], more commonly known as Andy Secombe, is a Welsh voice-actor who portrayed Watto in both Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace and Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones and reprised the role in various video games. His father was comedian, actor, and singer Harry Secombe.
