Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Nova Defiant was ambushed during the end of the Clone Wars. Republic Star Destroyers took the ship under fire near Innton II, a lightly populated world Rimward of the Triton system, just off the Rimma Trade Route in the Outer Rim. The Nova Defiant crashed down on Innton II. Later the Separatists turned the wreck into a base.[1]
