Amberine was a type of material found on the Outer Rim Territories moon of Toshara. The material was used when making jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces and rings. It could also made into strands and woven into carpet.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] the Galactic Empire had built a forward base on top of a structure of amberine on Toshara in order to signal control to the Tosharans.[1]
