Amber-root was a type of cooking ingredient that could be diced.[1] In 19 BBY,[2] Jilka Zan Zentis, a worker at the Galactic Republic Treasury, diced amber-root in preparation for a meal while she was living in Kyrimorut, the home of the Mandalorian Skirata clan on the planet Mandalore.[1]
