The Alzar system was a star system located in the Thanium sector of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories[1] that contained the planet[2] Alzar,[3] the homeworld of the sentient Alzarian species.[4]
Behind the scenes
The Alzar system first appeared, albeit unidentified, in Ewoks 10, the tenth issue of the Ewoks comic series published by Star Comics, an imprint of Marvel Comics,[2] which was first published on October 1, 1986.[5] It was first identified in The Essential Atlas, a reference book written by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace[6] and released on August 18, 2009,[7] which placed the system in grid square R-6.[6]
