"Admiral! Allanar N3 freighter bearing two forty-seven by thirty-three—erratic maneuvering, hyperdrive spinning up. I make four to six grallocs attached to its hull."
Commander Hammerly, to Grand Admiral Thrawn[1]

The Allanar N3 light freighter was a model of light freighter that saw use during the era of the Galactic Empire. The ship, which typically required a crew of 4 to 7, boasted a hyperdrive system,[1] three sublight engines,[2] and multiple forward facing laser cannons.[3]

One such ship, AL6-KM44, was among the many freighters used to bring supplies to the Kurost transfer point, where said supplies were transferred to larger freighters and then flown to the Death Star's secret building location.[1] In 3 ABY,[4] another ship was cleared to depart Hauler's Keep, a space station in the Khepi system of Wild Space.[5]

In the Anoat sector of the Outer Rim Territories, Allanars were also used by the Trade Spine League,[2] a group of smugglers and freelance mercenaries.[6] Allanars in the League's employ included the Mother of Pearl,[2] the Cruel Mistress,[7] the Space Manta,[3] and the Pretty Profit.[8]
