Algae-bread was a type of bread made from algae.[1] A slice of algae-bread was used as one of the ingredients in the Giju slider served at Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant.[2] Algae-bread could be served as a hors d'oeuvre and used as a stuffing where it was paired with roasted Rodian Karstag.[1]
