Akaba spice was a substance that could be used to produce the beverage spotchka.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] the Crimson Dawn operative Eleera Soi hired the thief Kay Vess to steal a file label "SK01" from a stronghold in their Pyke Syndicate district of Mirogana, the capital city of the outer rim moon Toshara. When Vess accessed the file, she discovered it was a recipe for spotcka which listed akaba spice as an ingredient.[1]

Akaba spice was first mentioned on a datapad in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws.[1]
