Aida was the sparsely-populated primary planet in the Aida system, near Lomabu III on the Mid Rim. Under the Galactic Empire, the world would be overseen by Imperial Governor Io Desnand during the Galactic Civil War. When the Wookiee Chenlambec arrived on Aida requesting help from his fellow Wookiees to trap the bounty hunter Bossk, they quickly assisted in leading him to the Lomabu system.
