"I need a name."
"What name?"
"The name of whatever top-secret project tech you've got that's keeping me out of my tattoos.
[…]"
"You're not going to be happy.
[…] It's not a tech program that's locking you out. […] It's one person. Their code-name is Aeturna. It's Dellen."
"
You hired my karking sister?!"
―Chelli Lona Aphra and Director Meteora Gray[2]

Dellen Aphra was a human female individual who was the daughter of[1] the human male scholar[3] Korin Aphra. She was therefore also the half-sister of Korin's daughter Chelli Lona Aphra,[1] a rogue archeologist who had been born to Korin and his wife Lona.[3] During the New Republic Era, Dellen aligned herself with the New Republic, operating under the code name Aeturna. After their sister was recruited into the New Republic's Department of Artifacts and Archival Goods Retrieval, Dellen had Chelli's electro-tattoos deactivated, preventing Chelli from using them.[1]
