Adventures in Hyperspace: The Big Switch was the planned third volume in the Star Wars: Adventures in Hyperspace Legends young-reader series, which follows the smugglers Han Solo and Chewbacca in the employ of Jabba the Hutt prior to the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. The book was to be written by Ryder Windham, illustrated by Jeffery Carlisle, and published by Scholastic on September 1, 2010.
Windham completed the manuscript for The Big Switch before he was informed that the third and fourth Adventures in Hyperspace books had been canceled. The completed manuscript is now available on author Joseph Bongiorno's fan site, The Star Wars Expanded Universe Timeline.
