The Advanced blowtorch was an industrial tool that doubled as an improvised droid-mounted weapon, inflicting heat damage in the immediate vicinity of the droid. This weapon was more damaging than the basic blowtorch due to its hydrocarbon fuel closely resembling military-grade incendiaries rather than the more common acetylene.
