1933 was a B1-series battle droid who served within the Droid Army of the Trade Federation of Planets during their invasion of the planet Naboo.[2] In 32 BBY,[1] 1933 was part of the Federation's invasion force that captured the capital of Theed, where the battle droid was stationed within the Royal Palace's main hangar. While in the hangar, under the command of OOM command battle droid 2163, the droid guarded Queen Padmé Amidala's J-type 327 Nubian royal starship, but was later destroyed by Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn during his efforts to escape the Queen and her entourage offworld to the planet Coruscant.[2]
