Planet VTech was an online MMO game from 2008 that was powered by Adobe Flash Player 9.

Features

In the game players can play games to earn V.Points to get prizes for there online avatar. Three areas are in the game which would show a preview of different VTech products soon to release.

On the world map you can click on the tour guide avatars to view hints on the service.

Locations

The Plaza

Acts as the starting point for your avatar.

Player's Apartment

Is an empty checkerboard area that you can customize with different decorations you can unlock.

Cyber Rocket's Headquarters

Only accessible with a Cyber Rocket connected, gains access to exclusive games and items.

First public announcement of Planet VTech was at the 2008 Toy Fair in February 18, and 19.
- The site may have been up as late as 2015, and was taken down due to the Learning Lodge Data Breach.
The public announcement showed the age range as 5+ years, while the final manual shows it as 6+ years.
Most grade school learning products from VTech came with a free year long subscription to the service.
Two files known as "Testa.asp", and "testcookie.js" found on the site simply has it's contents as "1234", and is clearly a test.
The ui icon for "Emotes" vaguely resembles Pac-Man.
