Zero-gee maneuvering jets were a type of droid equipment and locomotion system. Due to the ease with which R2-series astromech droids were able to be upgraded and adjusted, some units were known to have been modified with zero-gee maneuvering jets as part of their equipment loadout. 12-4C-41 traffic control droids were also equipped with zero-gee maneuvering jets, allowing them to move freely through the vacuum of space.[1]
