Zeeth

Zeeth was a male Rodian Jedi Knight who lived during the waning years of the Galactic Republic.

Biography

Early life

Zeeth was born around 38 BBY.^[2] His Force-sensitivity led him to be trained as a Jedi. He became good friends with a fellow youngling, Fvorn. Zeeth was eventually taken as a Padawan by Jedi Master Gobi. When the High Council recalled most Jedi to the Temple at the height of the Separatist Crisis, Zeeth joined Fvorn and other Padawans from his old clan in training duels. He consoled his friend after the Duros lost a match to Charlin Plaka.^[1]

Geonosis

Zeeth and his fellow Padawans were soon sent with their masters to Geonosis as part of a Jedi assault team to rescue Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi. Led by Master Klefan Opus, their group infiltrated a tower at the edge of the Petranaki Arena. However, Fvorn was killed in an ambush by Geonosian guards and Zeeth and Opus were cut off from their compatriots until Padawan Iskat Akaris rescued them, cutting down a dozen of the enemy. Opus convinced Zeeth to leave his dead friend behind, assuring him that Fvorn would always remain with him in his heart. After he joined the others, Master Gobi put an arm around Zeeth in an effort to comfort him. The group went on to successfully eliminate the Geonosian cannons and guards in the stands, allowing the rest of the assault team to engage the Separatist army in the arena. After withdrawing from the battle by the way they had come, Zeeth and the rest of the group returned to Coruscant.^[1]

The Clone Wars

A few weeks later, Zeeth and a number of other Padawans, including fellow survivors from Geonosis, were knighted by Master Mace Windu in a mass ceremony. Zeeth went on to fight in the Clone Wars, dying at some point.^[1]
