Zavlabar's Gentes Grill was located on the Ugnaught Surface, on the edge of Grukk's Jungle. It was a unique building suspended over open space by cables and Tibanna bladders. It previously was a residential mansion and a luxury hotel before becoming a restaurant. It was Bespin's first Ugnaught restaurant that brought the majority of its gourmet patrons from Cloud City.[1] One of the grill's most popular menu items was flash-fried nankling[1][2]
