The Zakuulan Forward Recon was a battalion of the Eternal Empire's military. In 3629 BBY, following the demise of the Eternal Empire, the battalion was led by Battalion Commander Tassar and settled in Rakata Prime in an attempt to build a new Star Fortress. The Zakuulan Forward Recon was defeated by the Eternal Alliance when their plan was discovered.[1]
