Yari was a tooka cat who lived during the Republic Era. During the Clone Wars fought between the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems[1] between 22 BBY and 19 BBY,[2] Yari was the pet of the veteran holographer and cartoonist Cosweg Budeesho, who lived with his wife Seeja and the tooka on[1] the planet[3] Ando Prime. A mention of Yari was included within information on Budeesho in a book looking at the use of propaganda by various factions, A History of Persuasive Art in the Galaxy, that was released shortly after the Hosnian Cataclysm[1] of 34 ABY.[2]
