Xantho Squadron was a starfighter squadron that was active[1] some time before 35 ABY.[2] The squadron utilized T-70 X-wing starfighters, at least one of which was later used by the Resistance. The X-wing retained its yellow markings that once denoted its service in Xantho Squadron.[1]

Xantho Squadron was first mentioned in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary, a 2019 reference book written by Pablo Hidalgo.[1]
