Xalto Sneerzick

Xalto Sneerzick was the leader of the Droid Abolitionist Movement. He had the back of his hand decorated with a tattoo of a purple cog being struck by a lightning bolt, signifying his devotion to freeing all droids throughout the galaxy.^[1]
