The X-Wing Saber was a custom lightsaber hilt owned by the droid Hunter J-3DI that he could wield for the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition on Vespaara as an alternative to his standard lightsaber. Its design was intended to resemble the aesthetic of the X-wing starfighter utilized by the Rebel Alliance.[1]

Behind the scenes

X-Wing Saber was a "Legendary" rarity "Weapon Wrap" for the Hunter J-3DI's Jedi Saber Design, which first appeared in the competitive video game Star Wars: Hunters, specifically added within update 0.17.0 on July 18, 2023 during the game's soft launch. It served as half of a cosmetic set alongside the X-Wing Knight. This wrap could be unlocked by purchasing the X-Wing Bundle from within the Hunters in-game shop.[1]
