This individual was a male Human and the husband of Vula Nelprin, a hand-to-hand combat instructor for the New Republic. They had a son named Wran Narcassan, who went on to become a sniper for Wraith Squadron. Wran felt his father was not a suitable role model and took up his grandfather's family name instead.[1]
