[01:25]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Well, I think we've got enough peeps here to get started.
[01:25]	<Cylka>	Alright, just run through the basics. I'll kick butts later.
[01:25]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Greetings to the project membership.
[01:26]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Indeed, that's the first item of the agenda: deciding who's serious about the project.
[01:27]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	So, everyone's in agreement that all inactives should be booted from the roster?
[01:27]	<Soresu>	How long is /inactive/?
[01:27]	<Graestan>	Ding ding ding.
[01:27]	<Graestan>	No KotOR contribs this year, thus far, is my advice.
[01:27]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Meaning that they don't respond to talk messages and haven't edited project-related articles.
[01:28]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Cylka, I know, is very enthusiastic about the project. She has and continues to do a lot of work for it.
[01:29]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	I'd like to take this opportunity to officially pass her the "key to the city," as it were.
[01:29]	<Soresu>	I know I'll be in this project doing work. Not anywhere near as much as Cylka, but work nonetheless
[01:29]	<Soresu>	What does this key do?
[01:29]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	She's the new project lead, that's all.
[01:31]	<Cylka>	Ah, OK, my turn?
[01:31]	* Fiolli|Aroundish	proposes three cheers for Cylka. She's awesome.
[01:31]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Indeed. :)
[01:31]	<Soresu>	If you're happy with giving up your spot, I'm good.
[01:31]	* Jedi_Goodwood	gives three cheers to Cylka.
[01:31]	* Soresu	adds a further three cheers
[01:32]	* Cylka	curtsies.
[01:32]	* Fiolli|Aroundish	yields the floor to her royal Kotorness.
[01:32]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Hehe. ;)
[01:32]	<Cylka>	There are just a few things that I wanted to mention to those that are here.
[01:33]	<Cylka>	First is that yes, it's time to get rid of the inactives.
[01:33]	<Cylka>	I'll be giving them a weeks notice to show some sign of life, afterwards, I'm booting them.
[01:34]	* Jedi_Goodwood	supports this measure.
[01:34]	* Soresu	supports this massacre
[01:35]	<Cylka>	Secondly, I've gone through and tried to make master lists of all articles that fall under KotOR. You can find them on th project page.
[01:36]	<Cylka>	I'm pretty sure that I've missed some, but I would like to bring those articles up to some sort of standard.
[01:36]	* Jedi_Goodwood	supports this measure.
[01:37]	<Soresu>	Wait, where?
[01:37]	<Soresu>	Oh wait nvm
[01:38]	<Cylka>	I think that the project right now needs to try to gather more members and fix up our current articles. Of course GAs and FAs too.
[01:39]	<Cylka>	I've found so many incorrect KotOR articles, that I feel like crying.
[01:39]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Telos Dock module 126 should be moved to Dock Module 126
[01:39]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	Battle of Korriban (OSW) is basically the Skirmish on Korriban, fwiw.
[01:40]	<Cylka>	I was looking at that too. There is just so much on that to do list.
[01:40]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Per Fi.
[01:41]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Duel on the Star Forge is not only horribly-written, but IMHO, should be merged with Battle of Rakata Prime.
[01:41]	<Cylka>	There have been a lot of anons that have played around with the articles in recent months and I'm still trying to sort them out.
[01:43]	<Cylka>	Well that is something that has to be considered since not all duels have been merged with the battle articles.
[01:43]	<Cylka>	I'd have to see what the current trend with that is.
[01:44]	<Soresu>	Separate is the trend, I think
[01:44]	<Soresu>	Like with the Battle of Coruscant and the Duel on the Invisible hand
[01:44]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	There was something of a debate surrounding that issue, though.
[01:44]	<Cylka>	It changes. Maybe if our Inqs would speak up, I'd know.
[01:44]	<Soresu>	Battle of Endor, duel on Death Star II
[01:45]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	I'm personally of the opinion that duels that are part of battles should be merged with the battle article.
[01:46]	<Graestan>	Per Wood on duels, certainly.
[01:46]	<Cylka>	So, we should merge the duels with the battle articles?
[01:46]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Duel on Death Star II could be separate, because, strictly speaking, it starts /before/ the Battle of Endor and doesn't really impact the battle.
[01:46]	<Graestan>	Well.
[01:46]	<AdmirableAckbar>	I'd agree with that.
[01:47]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	Agree.
[01:47]	<Graestan>	The Emperor's death caused a major disruption in the battle, but it's epic movieness, so it is an exception.
[01:47]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Right.
[01:47]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Some duels will have mitigating circumstances that warrant a separate article.
[01:47]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	But Duel on the Star Forge and Duel on Invisible Hand aren't among them.
[01:47]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	IMHO, of course.
[01:47]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	Right. The duel was also a protracted series of plot-points with detailed information. I know nothing of the sort in KotOR.
[01:48]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Precisely. Duel on the Star Forge was the penultimate moment of the Battle of Rakata Prime.
[01:48]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	The true purpose and outcome being, of course, the destruction of the Star Forge itself.
[01:49]	<Cylka>	Alright then. We'll have to go through all of the duels and see which ones need to be merged.
[01:49]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Drewton and Kasra were the chief editors on that particular article. Dunno if they're still active, though.
[01:50]	<Graestan>	Kasra is.
[01:50]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Kasra is, but on Malak - haven't heard from Drewton in ages.
[01:50]	<Cylka>	Both of them are still around. Drewton is also.
[01:50]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	I'll ask around about Drewton.
[01:50]	<Cylka>	Kasra also says he's working on Revan and Atris.
[01:50]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	lol
[01:51]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	I was considering starting Atris. :)
[01:51]	<Graestan>	Just dew it.
[01:51]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Haha. Go for it, Fi.
[01:51]	<Graestan>	Kasra won't complete it in time.
[01:51]	<Cylka>	You should Fiolli.
[01:51]	<AdmirableAckbar>	Kasra's working on something else too.
[01:51]	<Cylka>	Malak unfortunately is riddled with POV issue.
[01:51]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	Well, I'm not done with FiolliProject:Zam, yet.
[01:51]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	Almost, though.
[01:52]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	What's that about, Fi?
[01:52]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	Zam Wesell.
[01:52]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	Non-KotOR.
[01:52]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Ah.
[01:52]	* Fiolli|Aroundish	recinds the floor again.
[01:52]	<Cylka>	Oh yes, Kasra is working on Kreia as well.
[01:52]	<Fiolli|Aroundish>	*rescinds
[01:52]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	In a way, I pity Kasra.
[01:53]	<Cylka>	I, um... well there is much work to be done on those articles.
[01:53]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	He's certainly earnest enough, and means well, but he's bitten off more than he can chew.
[01:53]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	IMHO.
[01:54]	<Cylka>	I'm not even sure that setting a main focus will be all that much help at this point.
[01:54]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Well, we can set it to "reorganization" or somesuch.
[01:54]	<Cylka>	That's what I was thinking of.
[01:55]	<Cylka>	Until everything gets a bit more settled and we see who will work on the project.
[01:55]	* Jedi_Goodwood	supports the measure.
[01:56]	* Soresu	once again supports Cylka
[01:56]	<Cylka>	I don't think I had much else in mind for today.
[01:56]	<Graestan>	I did.
[01:56]	<Cylka>	Everything is still a bit upside down.
[01:56]	<Cylka>	OK.
[01:57]	<Graestan>	You should name "officers" to point out who's a real mover and shaker. A way of recognizing contributions.
[01:58]	<Cylka>	Alright, but only very recently have members started to contribute again.
[01:58]	<Graestan>	True.
[01:58]	<Cylka>	I was thinking of waiting a bit longer to see if it was a one-time deal or if they would contribute more.
[01:59]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	...
[01:59]	<Cylka>	It's a good suggestion.
[02:00]	<Cylka>	I'd just hate to name someone an officer and then they run away again.
[02:00]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	I'm not sure I'd use the term "officers," but we can certainly pick people who are particularly adept at certain types of articles.
[02:00]	<Graestan>	"Associate Editor for Comics" etc?
[02:00]	<Soresu>	I think this is a good idea, but let this wait for a while
[02:01]	<Cylka>	Well yes, such as Kasra was lead project editor.
[02:01]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Per Soresu.
[02:01]	<Cylka>	Fine by me. Who knows maybe we'll get some new members soon and then we'll have to decide.
[02:01]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Just put a specialty by a member's signature on the membership section.
[02:03]	<Cylka>	Right now, I think that there will be so few members come next week, that this won't be much of an issue.
[02:03]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Agreed.
[02:03]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	Something for the next project meeting, then?
[02:04]	<Cylka>	When there will be one.
[02:04]	<Jedi_Goodwood>	True enough.
[02:04]	<Cylka>	I'm almost of the mind to just say "run with what you want."
[02:05]	<Graestan>	It wouldn't be a bad idea, in my opinion, to try roping some users who have written on related articles into the project, to beef up meetings and whatnot.
[02:06]	<Cylka>	I'm going to try Jorrel again.
[02:07]	<Soresu>	Maybe there are some users who are interested in KOTOR, but never really found the WookieeProject
[02:08]	<Cylka>	That could be true. I'm trying to keep an eye on who edits KotOR articles to see if someone interesting pops up.
[02:09]	<Cylka>	So far there have been a lot of anons that come in and do god knows what.
[02:09]	<Cylka>	Anything else to add?
[02:10]	* Jedi_Goodwood	has nothing.
[02:11]	<Cylka>	Soresu?
[02:11]	<Soresu>	Nope
[02:11]	<Cylka>	Alright then. We'll call it a day then.
