RPG World
This article covers a community of about 150 members build around a closed game server. There are many online unnotable RPG/simming communities like this. If we choose to keep this one, we'll open the doors to the rest of them. --SparqMan 07:39, 4 Jan 2006 (UTC)

- What's the threshold for notability? If it's "I know it when see it," then this site isn't notable. —Darth Culator (talk) 23:44, 4 Jan 2006 (UTC)
- 150 users, only? Should probably be deleted, then. — Silly Dan 23:46, 4 Jan 2006 (UTC)
Keep
- I think it should be kept (don't ask why :-P) KEJ 22:38, 16 Jan 2006 (UTC)

- I'm not entirely sure what the problem is here - As a newcomer to wookiepedia, I was frankly amazed that there was only one link for roleplaying sites - RPGs are not personally my cup of tea but I would like to think that an RPG and starwars fan could arrive here in the vain hope of a recommendation of a good site to visit! I am dissapointed to see a comment suggesting that the existence of this page would (and I paraphrase...) open the floodgates. Why would that necessarily be a bad thing? Surely the point of a wiki is that content will evolve to some extent (blatant spam aside) and to its own accord, in response to demand? - Andrew (don't have a user account, probably should)
Comments
Even after scaling back information, this offers lots of fanon opportunities. --SparqMan 07:47, 4 Jan 2006 (UTC)
- I think the Site should be kept. This is infact one of few good Roleplaying communities in Jedi Knight Jedi Academy. There are 3 others only worth mentioning. This is one of them. This community is older then most and has a rich history. - Jack Keller —Unsigned comment by 164.116.193.227 (talk • contribs)
- RpG World is not tied into the Universe of Star Wars itself. It has no relevance and does not offer any factual information, however, it is just a listing, and perhaps tribute to one of, if not the, greatest roleplaying communities to exist in the realm of Star Wars roleplaying. —Unsigned comment by 24.125.188.155 (talk • contribs)
This should be kept as, we are (I can safely say) the largest roleplaying community on the JKA game, and been running the longest. This article provides newcomers as well as regulars at World a giant hub for information. 150 users is a large number considering the popularity of the game's MP. Also it isn't a closed game server, anyone can join up, they don't even have to join the forums, they can just step in the server, do some RPing, and leave when they feel like, so their are about 150 REGISTERED members, but there are many more that just pop in to RP. It is also great for a little bit of a turn from the regular Star Wars timeline, as I would think we've successfully created our own alternate universe. - Haki Durvan, long time member of RPG World. —Unsigned comment by 24.5.145.26 (talk • contribs)
- If you are looking to create a giant hub for information regarding RpG World, you should consider placing the information on your own website or even starting your own Wikicities just for your non-canon material. --SparqMan 02:32, 5 Jan 2006 (UTC)
Actually, we have around 450-500 over a long period. That number posted above by Haki is derived from the new forums. I don't understand why this is hurting you guys so much. "Wookieepedia, you're breaking my heart." —Unsigned comment by 24.125.188.155 (talk • contribs)
