This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion of the article below. Further comments should be made on the article's talk page rather than here so that this page is preserved as a historic record.
The result of the debate was unclear, but discounting votes for the article to be merged with Mandalorian as it contains no info not already covered there, it was deleted. Imp 23:28, 31 Dec 2005 (UTC)
Mandalorian recruit
Hardly worthy of a separate article, methinks. - Sikon [Talk] 10:33, 21 Nov 2005 (UTC)
- Merge to Mandalorian. -- Riffsyphon1024 19:16, 21 Nov 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Even the note is probably inaccurate: most mandalorian warriors wore blue armor in KotOR 1, and I don't remember there was a difference between regular warriors and recruits in the sequel. Thinortolan 19:30, 23 Nov 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Inaccurate as far as we know, and irrelevant for an article. --SparqMan 06:25, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)
- comment. Gee, if the category is attested in KOTORII, then I guess it's kind of canonical. I can't remember if it is or isn't. I'd say, if it is, it should be merged with Mandalorian. If it apears in other sources, and if it's possible to proide the article with some more content, than it should e kept. If it's totally inaccurate, then delete it. KEJ 16:04, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC) Update: Keep
- This is a tough one, since there are characters in KOTORII that are called Mandalorian recruits. That part about the blue armor might at least be an attempt at being canon from good observation since the higher ranking Mandalorians wore either gold or red armor. I'd say expand first if there is enough canon information to do so, then merge with Mandalorian. Otherwise Delete or redirect.--TheLIGHTSABERwieldingNERFHERDER 05:01, 2 Dec 2005 (UTC)
