The result of the debate was delete , but an article on Augie's Great Municipal Band might be OK. —Silly Dan (talk) 22:58, 2 August 2006 (UTC).

Augie
Nominated. As far as I know, there is no canonical information that points toward Augie being an actual individual. Assuing that he is such is nothing more than a guess. A track title from a soundtrack is not enough of a source. And also, this article is written OOU. -- Ozzel 20:10, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Keep
- Lone dissenting voice here... but if we have individual pages for aliases, and Augie is obviously someone, then I say we keep it, until it is confirmed as someone's first name. It's a character nonetheless. Cutch 18:46, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
- It's a character nonetheless <<< Actually we don't know that. For all we know, it could be a city on Naboo. --Azizlight 15:04, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

- Agreed. Plus, this could be Palpatine's first name for all we know. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- Augie Palpatine? NOOOOOOO! Anyway, delete. -Aiddat 22:32, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
- Too speculative to write anything. A Gungan? A Naboo? A city? The conductor? The composer? The band's patron? Wait until someone uses "Augie's Great Municipal Band" in-universe, rather than as a soundtrack title. —Silly Dan (talk) 22:47, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

Neutral/comments
- Lol, Augie Palpatine? -- Riffsyphon1024 04:17, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
- Someone speculated that it might've been short for Augustus, which is more reasonable. —Silly Dan (talk) 22:45, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
- We could/should have an article on Augie's Great Municipal Band on the other hand, since the song is clearly played in-universe. Charlii 11:09, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
