This page is a step-by-step guide to promoting a review board membership nominee. Archiving should be done by members of the relevant review board. Help from administrators may be necessary to complete the steps. If a nomination fails, simply close the vote and archive it.
Successful EduCorps membership nominations
- Close vote on Wookieepedia:Review board membership nominations and archive it
- Congratulate user in the #announcements channel on Discord (admins only)
- Add "EduCorps" role to the user on Discord (admins only)
- Ask the user to do the following:
- Please add your name to Wookieepedia:EduCorps
- Feel free to add {{UserEC}} to your userpage
- Feel free to add {{EC}} to any of the votes you've previously made on active CANs. Don't be afraid to re-review any either
- Update Template:Newcomers3 accordingly (admins only)
- Add user signature to User:JocastaBot/Signatures (watch out for formatting)
- Remove user from Wookieepedia:Review board recruitment
Successful AgriCorps membership nominations
- Close vote on Wookieepedia:Review board membership nominations and archive it
- Congratulate user in the #announcements channel on Discord (admins only)
- Add "AgriCorps" role to the user on Discord (admins only)
- Ask the user to do the following:
- Please add your name to Wookieepedia:AgriCorps and relocate your name on Wookieepedia:EduCorps
- Feel free to add {{UserAC}} to your userpage
- Feel free to add {{AC}} to any of the votes you've previously made on active GANs. Don't be afraid to re-review any either
- Update Template:Newcomers3 accordingly (admins only)
- Remove user from Wookieepedia:Review board recruitment
Successful Inquisitorius membership nominations

- Add "Inquisitorius" role to the user on Discord (admins only)
