"You are a child to hate. Your anger barely smolders. You are a fraction of what you could be.
"Your Master was also misguided. He thought to defeat me with calm, but failed. You thought to defeat me with anger, but carry too little despite your loss.
"Be grateful for that, Jedi. Anger exacts its own price."
―Darth Malgus, to Jedi Knight Aryn Leneer

- Yes, it's just Malgus speaking. Yes, this is formatted correctly; there are just paragraph breaks in his monologue. (It's happened before.) Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 19:46, May 21, 2011 (UTC)
- If that's the case, shouldn't line two and three not start with a quotation mark? 1358 (Talk) 05:36, May 27, 2011 (UTC)
- Actually, no. It's proper English the way it is. When paragraph breaks occur in the middle of an uninterrupted quote, an additional quotation mark is used at the beginning of the new paragraph to indicate that it is still part of the quote. I'm not sure how this would be handled in Finnish, but if you get out a book written in English and find a particularly long monologue spread over several paragraphs, you'll see it handled this way. See wikipedia:Quotation mark#Quotations and speech. Master Jonathan — Jedi Council Chambers Monday, May 30, 2011, 21:15 UTC
