Minutes
- Self votes on RFUs: Voting for yourself on Requests for User Rights is now banned.
- Updating search icons: They will be kept and anyone wanting to can update the search icons page.
- Voting eligibility policy: It was decided to add the clauses found here to the voting eligibility policy, as well as to the consensus policy..
- Minimum edit requirement for Administrators: Administrators are now required to have a minimum of 50 mainspace edits in the past 6 months to maintain their rights, a CT will be made if necessary to alter requirement.
- New Wikia features: New wikia features will now be turned off by default until it has been agreed to enable them by consensus per the policy found [[Wookieepedia:Site feature policy|here]].
- Succession boxes: A CT will be made regarding the use of succession boxes.
- Image speech bubbles: This issue will be taken to a CT.
- Featured picture on Main Page: It was decided not to contact LFL about a possible Featured picture feature.
- Dissemination of personal information: The publication of other Wookieepedians' personal information (anything about the user as a person that is not available on Wookieepedia already), will result in a warning followed by further disciplinary action if necessary.
- Discussion on democratization: Passes, with an SH thread to be made to collect together policies to be considered.
- Multiple cleanup tags: Template idea passes, usage will be worked out later
- Standardizing colon use for articles on OOU works: Colon use will be standardized per the publisher's usage.
- Banning the use of user images and userpages for trafficking encoded data: The use of user images and userpages for trafficking encoded data is now banned, and offenders face severe consequences. Our upload and user image policies have been updated accordingly.
- Using Wookieepedia as a host for personal avatar or signature images: Using Wookieepedia as a host for personal avatar or signature images is now expressly prohibited. Our upload and user image policies have been updated accordingly.
- Holding elections for those administrators/bureaucrats who were never appointed in a democratic fashion: No consensus. Votes will not be held.
- Tweaks to {{Main}} and {{Seealso}}: Support option two of [[User:Jedimasterfiolli/studio]]
- Mofference times: Leave it as is.
- Rollback requirements: Rollback requirements remain unchanged.
- Wookieepedia Newsnet: Ideas were put forward and discussed.
- Reworking war templates: Fiolli's idea will be implemented, and will be applied to all war templates.
- CheckUser: We will approach wikia about giving Darth Culator CheckUser privileges.
- GA redlink rule proposal: For good articles there will now be a limit of three redlinks maximum for under 500 words, five maximum for over.
- Removing hide option from all infoboxes: It was decided not to remove the hide button from infoboxes.
