Unidentified Elomin task force commander

I'd like to see the intro paragraph split in two.
HOTE's main page uses TERC for its dating. I'd like it verified whether it can be sourced to the book itself, and if not, should have a date note.
"This Elomin..." should be slightly tweaked since we don't really start articles with "This" in prose anymore. Link to Elomin should also be moved to next mention due to not linking it in the first instance due to policy change on linking standards.
The body consistently uses he/him pronouns for the Elomin but this isn't reflected in the infobox. Should be verified and made consistent through the article.
I'd like to see the image captions be a bit more descriptive to tie back to the commander.
Would like it verified that there's no clothing or anything for equipment since standards've changed in that regard.
